We will build, develop and manage the suite, duplex, four plex or micro suits that you have chosen.

We focus on communities in British Columbia and Alberta. We will design the specific accommodation stay plans for your staff. The monthly rental fee averages $80.00 per day and is based on two people sharing the accommodations.

Included Amenities:

• Full supplied suite with plush comfortable bed, bedding, furniture, dishes, household cleaning supplies, vacuum, towels, face clothes, pots, TV’s etc.
• You will only require your own personal items such as your wardrobe and your own laptop.
• Internet connection, heat, hydro, water, waste removal and recycling, parking are included in the monthly fee.
• Full laundry facilities
• Private bathroom for each suite.
• TV and internet in every bedroom and main living area.
